The Operations Office will ask the client to provide the documents required for the visa, if required, and supply all the necessary information.

For passengers with reduced mobility and wheelchairs, we reserve the dedicated care of the Captain, as well as that of the handling company of the stopovers involved in the flight.

Small and medium-sized animals are allowed on board. There are restrictions in place according to the size and number of animals transported, so the terms and conditions need to be checked with the Operations Office beforehand.

The Operations Office must be informed at least 2 days before the flight in order to plan the necessary checks at the boarding stage with airport authorities.

ABJET provides the aircraft entirely at its clients’ service and changes to the inbound flight do not involve extra charges. If changes to the flight schedule, to be agreed in any case with the Operations Office, require overnight accommodation not included in the quote, there is a € 900 charge.

The number of passengers may vary up to 1 hour before the departure and must be sent to the Operations Office.

The number of passengers on board does NOT affect the price of the flight: indeed costs refer to the rental service of the aircraft. It might affect the price of additional services calculated according to the number of people, such as catering.

The cost of the PASSENGER LUXURY TAX will be charged separately (Art.16 of Leg. Decree 06.11.2011, no. 201, converted, with amendments, of law 22 .12.2011,

no. 214 as amended: 10-bis “The tax due for each passenger and each way is 100 euros for flights up to 1500 km and 200 euros for flights longer than 1500 km. The tax shall be charged to the passenger and paid by the carrier.”).
